Weak WiFi Signal Check

Check the WiFi signal strength behind the TV (using a smartphone WiFi analyzer tool, or a similar tool). The WiFi signal in the TV area must be stronger than 70 dbm.

If the WiFi signal is weaker, contact the hotel's wireless internet service provider to resolve the issue.

If the signal is strong, but the box still does not have an internet connection, reboot the Viggo box.
