Battery Level Check - MK4

This page is relevant for the following model: MK4

*For the MK1, MK2, or MK3 models, see: MK1, MK2, MK3

When the battery level is low, a "Low Battery Warning" message will appear on screen (from version 2.16.2.1).

Follow the steps below to determine whether to replace remote batteries:

  1. Press OK/Select to activate the remote control cursor.
  2. If no “Low Battery Warning” is displayed and the remote LED lights up on the remote, the batteries are OK.
  3. If the remote LED does not light up when pressing any remote button or Low Battery Warning appears on screen, replace all batteries.
  4. After replacing the batteries, press SmartTV and confirm that the cursor is activated.

If the remote still does not function, proceed to check if the remote is in the correct room.
