If the cursor is on-screen when Smart TV is pressed but does not move when the Viggo remote is moved, the Viggo box is probably frozen.
- Reboot Viggo box and check again.
- Check remote control batteries.
- Check if the remote is assigned to the correct room.
- Check if the remote dongle is properly connected and paired.
- If the issue is still not resolved: Replace with a new remote (together with a new dongle).
