Viggo Interface is On- Cursor is Frozen On Screen

If the cursor is on-screen when Smart TV is pressed but does not move when the Viggo remote is moved, the Viggo box is probably frozen.

  1. Reboot Viggo box and check again.
  2. Check remote control batteries.
  3. Check if the remote is assigned to the correct room.
  4. Check if the remote dongle is properly connected and paired.
  5. If the issue is still not resolved: Replace with a new remote (together with a new dongle).
