Battery Level Check - MK1, MK2, MK3

These remote models require occasional battery replacement. To know if the remote batteries need replacing, follow the steps below:

  1. Press any button.
  2. Short single LED blink: Battery level is OK, no need to replace.
  3. No LED blink: Batteries are empty, replace all batteries.
  4. Slow double LED blink: Battery level is low, replace all batteries.
  5. After replacing the batteries, press SmartTV and confirm that the cursor is activated.

 

If the remote still does not function, proceed to check if the remote is in the correct room.
