Remote and Room Matching Check

Make sure the remote is in the room it was assigned to at installation

  1. Check inside the remote battery cover- some hotels have labels to indicate the correct room for each remote.
  2. Return the remote to its assigned room if needed.
  3. After returning the remote to its assigned room, press SmartTV and confirm that the cursor is activated.


If the remote still does not function, proceed to check remote dongle.
