Remote Dongle Check

Use these steps to make sure that the remote dongle is connected to the Viggo box

The image below illustrates the dongle placement on the Viggo box.


  1. Make sure the dongle is connected and properly inserted in the USB port. If there is no dongle, the remote must be replaced.
  2. Check that the Viggo remote is working. Press SmartTV to activate the cursor and move around the Viggo interface
  3. If the cursor does not activate, the remote needs to be re-paired to the dongle. Select instructions by type of remote:
