If Smart TV is pressed and the cursor is visible but does not move smoothly when the Viggo remote is moved, remote batteries may be weak or the RF connection may be partially shielded.
A. Reboot Viggo box and check again.
B. Check remote control batteries.
C. Make sure the Viggo box and dongle are not installed in an RF shielded location.
If the issue is still not resolved: Replace with a new remote (together with a new dongle).
