“CHECK SOURCE” / “CHECK INPUT”/ “NO SIGNAL” MESSAGE ON SCREEN

If after encountering a black screen and pressing the SmartTV remote button a "Check Source", "Check

Input", or "No Signal" message appears, follow these steps:

 

A. Check that the if Viggo box is turned on and connected to electricity.

B. Check that the HDMI cable is properly connected to the correct source on the TV.
