If there is no Home Screen image (with or without a black screen when trying to view TV channels), first verify the issue by switching between Smart TV and TV modes on the remote.
A. Verify that there is no battery issue in the remote control.
B. Check electricity - Make sure that the TV and Viggo box are connected to electricity, and that the power sockets are providing power. Note: in some hotels, the electricity in the room is turned on only when a guest is in the room.
C. Check TV HDMI input - Make sure that the Viggo box is connected to the correct input on the TV (usually HDMI1), and that it matches the default input configured on the remote control.
D. Check HDMI Cable - Make sure that the HDMI cable is properly connected to the Viggo box and to the TV and is intact.
